Our philosophy

About Us

A family of five distinctive care homes across Devon and Dorset, united by kindness, dignity, choice and a determination to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.

A life dedicated to care

A family of five distinctive care homes across Devon and Dorset, united by kindness, dignity, choice and a determination to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Across BN Care Group, the shared values are kindness, independence, dignity, respect, privacy, choice and collaboration. Those values are intended to be visible in the small decisions of everyday care: how people are spoken to, how routines are protected, how families are involved and how staff respond when someone’s needs change.

Our approach

BN Care Group brings together residential, nursing, dementia, respite and end-of-life care across five homes. Every home keeps its own character while sharing the same values, leadership support and focus on person-centred care.
